Most memberships come included with scheduled Group Fitness classes at no extra charge, 24-hour gym access, and entry to an exclusive boxing room!

Live F.I.T. Gym is locally owned and managed by a United States veteran! Having over 30 years of experience in training all ages, Buddy has opened this gym specifically for the needs of adults and seniors.  Some of his other personal training experience includes in-home personal training incorporating Yoga, Pilates, aerobics, weight training, resistance bands, stabilization balls, and diet strategies.  He has instructed clients at Mallard Landing and John B. Parsons Home, specializing in geriatric fitness.  Buddy also has conducted Step-Down Therapy for 3 major physical therapists offices.

We feature a group of trainers with many areas of expertise. Our staff has trainers ranging from over 30 years of experience to brand new trainers. From baseball coaches, football coaches, senior exercise to dancers and nutritionists, we fulfill any fitness you could need.

All trainers have a degree in fitness, a professional certification or both!

Stop in and a member of our staff will gladly show you around! We also offer a ONE-DAY FREE PASS for first time visitors! Otherwise, there is a $10.00 drop-in fee! 


If you would like to try any of our Group Fitness classes, there is a $10.00 fee. Any extra classes which are NOT offered in memberships must be handled through the instructor.

    ONE ON ONE

 

A trainer's job is to pay close attention to their client's exercise form, workout routine, and nutrition plan. Personal trainers excel in helping their clients develop exercise behavior patterns, improve their perceptual benefit-to-concern ratio and increase their confidence to choose exercise in the face of other time demands. Personal training results in higher strength, higher workout intensities, and higher perceived exertion during exercise.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while lowering the financial entry point and/or spending more time with the trainer for the available funds. Group training creates a challenging and engaging team environment that will keep you motivated through all your reps.

            24 HOUR ACCESS

 

Live your life on your own terms and get fit on your own schedule. Members have 24 hour access and access to all of our state of the art equipment.
